Before making hotel booking, please make sure to read Terms and Conditions below:

• Please fill in Booking Request form and forward it to e-mail address incoming@sgtours.ru or to fax # +7 (862)2901-905 till June 26th, 2017. Booking after June 26th, 2017 is subject to additional agreement.
• SG Tours Invoice will be forwarded to you within 3 days after your Booking request comes into our possession. The Invoice confirms your booking and it is subject to payment within 5 days from the day of its issue.
• Hotel accommodation is guaranteed provided full payment is effected.
• When full payment is effected, a Competition participant receives SG Tours Voucher for hotel accommodation.
• Extra days of accommodation before or after the dates of Competition can be provided on hotel's availability.
• Cancellation of rooms without charges can be made till June 15th, 2017.
