Several cozy cottages are surrounded by beautiful subtropical gardens, 150 m away from the sea. Each cottage has its own story, style and name, i.e. Cottage # 1 is named after Indira Gandhi, an outstanding political leader of India and it is designed in Indian style;  the first President of Vietnam Ho Chi Minh used to stay in Cottage # 2 and now it bears his name and its interiors are typically Vietnamese;  Cottage # 6 has the name of a well-known Chilean poet, diplomat and political leader Pablo Neruda while Cottage # 8 is named after Van Clibern, a famous American pianist, the first winner of the International Chaikovsky Competition.
